V8.30 Release Notes

New BPM Service Extension Framework – 8.30s

  1. Supports mounting custom DLLs in BPM services, registering extension services, and invoking them during process execution.
  2. Extension programs can listen to BPM engine internal events (e.g., TaskInstancesChangedEvent) to synchronize tasks with external systems (e.g., DingTalk).
  3. Supports creating services in BPM that can be remotely called by third-party systems (similar to SAP BAPI).
  4. Provides three sample programs (under the Samples directory) demonstrating core concepts, event listening and task synchronization, and gRPC service extension.
  5. Example code in WEB\BPM\Controllers\Samples shows how to access the extended gRPC services.

AI Robot Integration in Processes – 8.30r

  1. The AI Robot supports text generation, speech synthesis, image generation, OCR for ticket text extraction, and audio-to-text conversion.
  2. Supports multiple AI models for flexible switching—for example, an AI node generating articles can use either DeepSeek or Tongyi Qianwen.

New Process Robot Framework – 8.30r

  1. The Robot Framework is designed to automate tasks with minimal code, maximum convenience, and high efficiency.
  2. It integrates frontend and backend—by writing only the backend robot task execution code, users can configure processes visually, transfer data, and automate execution without additional coding.
  3. Enterprises can create customized robots to automate personalized tasks, providing the fastest and most effective solution.

New AI Approval Copilot – 8.30q

  1. Integrated into process initiation and approval interfaces.
  2. Can answer approval-related questions for the current node (e.g., responsibilities, risk points, evaluation metrics).
  3. Collects staff suggestions during dialogue and feeds them back into the process knowledge system.
  4. Provides decision-making support and relevant data for approvers.

New Self-Evolving Process Knowledge System – 8.30q

  1. Adds a process asset library, integrated with the enterprise SOP and process document management system.
  2. The AI Approval Copilot automatically answers employee questions based on the process knowledge base.
  3. Collects process knowledge and improvement suggestions from employees through interaction.
  4. Employee feedback is automatically recommended, scored, and incorporated into the system.
  5. Suggestions collected enable SOP documents and processes to evolve autonomously.

Consistent Multi-Model AI Access Interface – 8.30p

  1. Implements a standardized interface for unified access to leading AI platforms worldwide:
    • Native platforms: DeepSeek, HunYuan (Tencent), OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI.
    • Multi-Model platforms: VolcesArk (Bytedance), DashScope (Alibaba), Google VertexAI, Bedrock (AWS), HuggingFace, Azure AI Inference.
    • Local/self-hosted platforms: Mistral, LMStudio, Ollama, ONNX.
  2. Supports flexible AI model selection, allowing each application to choose the best AI model for optimal functionality and cost efficiency.
